I was on the hamster wheel of healing and continuously processing emotions. It was piled with ongoing practices, grounding and more meditation. I couldn’t serve or have space for others as I was always integrating and “clearing”, trying to understand my triggers and believing I needed to deepen in “shadow work”. I always needed to go into nature to “relax my nervous system” and I constantly needed time out. And the countless sessions from practitioners for everything. It was all self-focused and needing to receive and receive. My cup was too empty to give.
Receiving God’s Grace, I am able to serve others from the fullness of servitude and faith with energy and deep purpose. A heart for God gives you the heart to serve.
The new age doesn’t want you to heal. It is a business, making you believe it is a life long thing with “tools” to help.
