Natural creation

Counting all the bountiful blessings God has gifted us in His natural creation. To keep His beloved children balanced and healthy and in harmony with His laws.

Staying on a beautiful organic farm in Portugal, being as close to His original design for us.

In the mornings, we milk the goat receiving 1-2 litres a day. We then make goat milk kefir which is full of natural probiotics and it can be used to make yoghurt and cheese later. There is so much milk, we can’t drink it all! I’m usually lactose intolerant with cow’s milk but my gut is feeling pretty healthy so far.

This morning I ate porridge with goats milk and kefir with homemade plum jam. It was delicious knowing everything came from the garden. There is an abundance of everything. There are so many apples on the ground, we can’t truly save them all.

With all the excess harvest, we are finding ways to get creative. Plum jam, plum crumble, zucchini fritters, pumpkin curry, poaching apples, apple juice, plum wine, goat’s ricotta, mozzarella and going to start making bread and goat’s milk ice cream.

I walk the goats every morning to find fresh pasture in the fields for them to graze on. Along the way, I find wild grapes left behind from old farms and blackberries and snack on these. God truly provides everything freely!

We are sharing the chores, preparing food for one another, praying and sharing in God’s abundance. Praising Him in true thanksgiving. You truly see the works of His hand everywhere.

Simply, you wouldn’t need to take the mark of the beast to trade or sell. We are naturally gifted with all that we need since creation. Thank you Father for your loving provision

“Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” Genesis 1:29

“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” Romans 1:20

“How many are your works, LORD! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number— living things both large and small.” Psalm 104:24-25

“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31
