This woman beautifully articulates a journey similar to mine and wonderfully describes the fullness of feeling and receiving the love of God. It IS a personal relationship
She clearly states since finding God you are given a new heart. I can deeply agree. My heart feels renewed and it is so precious to feel each day. I am forever grateful. My health has never been better and I emanate joy in my cells. I don’t have to maintain all the weekly therapies from all the anxiety and stress I once had.
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26
God also gifts you spiritual discernment because when you are in the dark, you cannot see out of the dark. Only when you are in the light, you are able to see True light and what is not of light. “I was blind, now I see”. This is a blessing as you only want to always follow what is right and in Truth for your soul, living for God .
Most of all, I realised the spiritual practices I have been involved in, were definitely not “for God” and therefore not “of God”... No matter how much was promised or even if it had given me some healing, empowerment or temporary purpose and connection. It wasn’t ultimately for the highest service to God and came from other “sources” that seemed like ‘light-work’. Get right with God and find your connection .
Healing, love, peace, joy, connection and purpose are everlasting. I may have a ‘bad’ day but everything is manageable when God is with you throughout your days.
